Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 07-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
We do not accept returns for products that have been installed, soldered, or used in any manner that affects their resale condition.

3. Refunds Policy

No Cash Refunds: We generally do not offer cash refunds unless a product is inspected and deemed completely faulty/defective upon arrival.
Faulty Products: In the case of a verified faulty product, we will offer a resolution based on the situation, which may include:
- Full or partial refund
- Product exchange
- Free repair service
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for certain components or parts if they have not been fully used or installed, subject to strict inspection and approval.

4. Return Process

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Initiate Request: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via Email at info@mehranspeakerhouse.pk or WhatsApp at 0334-5621877.
Provide Details: Send your Order ID, proof of purchase, and photos/videos clearly showing the issue or product condition.
Approval & Instructions: Once reviewed and approved, our customer support team will provide you with the shipping instructions and return address.
Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our technical team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

5. Shipping & Return Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying all delivery charges, shipping costs, and handling fees associated with returning or exchanging an item.
Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Safe Delivery: We highly recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
